Jharkhand Pay Matrix Table Pay Scale Levels 1 to 14

Jharkhand Pay Matrix table consist of 14 levels of Pay Scale. Through it, the salaries of state government employees working in various departments, boards, and commissions can be determined. it has 4 different pay bands, having pay scales. Any candidate who got appointed on a government job in the state through JSSC, JPSC, CSBC or other boards or commissions etc., is given salary as per pay scale of the post as per level mentioned in pay matrix of Jharkhand. The structure of Jharkhand Govt employees pay matrix gives uniformity and shows transparency in salaries of govt employees. Also they provide a systematic increase in pay level-wise.
